About the Authors
Valerie Doseck has a masters degree in elementary education and is a fourth grade teacher in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Audra Rankin is a pediatric nurse practitioner and faculty member at the University of Louisville School of Nursing. Audra and Valerie have an interest in childhood obesity prevention strategies with an emphasis on healthy eating and exercise.
About the Illustrator
Andrea Vice has worked with children ages two through five as a preschool teacher. The illustrations in the book were created by using mixed media.
