“Having dined with Faye and tasted her wonderful food and her terrific taste in wine selection, I can only say that you will elevate your kitchen using her cookbook. Faye and I worked together for years, and I can say my taste in wine improved every time she and her husband Mike went on a wine-tasting experience. She embodies great taste and elevated Kentucky entertaining.”

About the Authors
Faye Collins lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and spends a lot of time with family and friends. After thirty years of teaching political science and history, Faye retired and now spends more time on her favorite hobbies: cooking, wine, and writing about both. Her first book, A Wine Lover’s Odyssey Across Kentucky, traced the early history of the Kentucky wineries that were open in 2010. She writes a wine blog, kentuckywinelover.com, that continually explores her interest in wine.
Lee Ann Rose is an assistant chef at Fuego Grill and has worked for several years creating dishes that are served at Chrisman Mill Vineyards & Winery. She lives in Central Kentucky with her husband, where she enjoys time with her family and is looking forward to the arrival of her first grandchild. She loves cooking and is known for the delicious dishes she prepares for her family, friends, and church community.
